About Cynthia
Passionate about French pastry, Cynthia pursued her dream to study the pastry arts at École Grégoire-Ferrandi. She further refined her craft working at 3 star Michelin restaurant Guy Savoy and Pâtisserie Carl Marletti in Paris. After returning to the Bay Area, Cynthia joined the pastry teams at Alexander’s Pâtisserie and Mademoiselle Colette before heading a pastry program for corporate dining. She is always experimenting with new flavors and ideas in the kitchen, hoping to bring to others the same happiness and delight that she experienced with the French pastries she had in Paris.
